A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party and former Deputy Governor in Oyo State Barrister Hazeem Gbolarumi has described the late Alhaji Lamidi Adedibu as an irreplaceable enigma.
In a press statement made available to LiveTimesNG, Gbolarumi said Adedibu was not just a political leader but a father figure to everybody, even non politicians.
In the message to mark the 14th year remembrance of the political icon, Gbolarumi said “It has been impossible for anyone to successfully wear the shoes Baba left behind. The political climate in Oyo State and the nation would have been brighter if Adedibu had been alive”
“I remember him today for his good works and political tutelage.”
He prayed that Allah continue to grant the late high chief Aljanna Fridaus
