A leading support group, popular known as Movement of Visionary Builder (MVB) in Oyo State, under the umbrella of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, says it has made necessary arrangement to deliver Five hundred thousand out of total votes across Oyo State in next year Presidential election.
The National Coordinator of the group, Hon. Babatunde Adedayo, who made this known while addressing the press on Sunday boasted that the group would give Alhaji Atiku Abubakar more than Five hundred votes from the state.
He said Atiku Abubakar was one of Nigerian leaders that had been mostly misunderstood, misread and misrepresented, despite his laudable achievements before, during and, after his tenure as the Vice president of Nigeria.
He noted that the group’s intention was to sensitize all the communities in the Oyo State, so that the people would throw their supports behind the former Vice president, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in coming election.
He explained that they had move around all the polling units in the 33 local governments in the state, adding that in each of the polling unit, with total of 6,390 in 351 Wards had representatives and, leaders, who is having regularly meeting with, at least 20 people.
“If you multiply 20 with 6,390, that is equal to 127,800 people. With all that, we can boldly say we will deliver five hundred thousand votes for His Excellency Alhaji Atiku Abubakar. We are going to sensitize the people to vote en-masse for our incoming President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
“This man needs our support because most companies that left the country will surely come back. For instance, made in Nigeria products would be restored. People, particularly, those unemployed youths, would be given loans without collateral.
“Alhaji Atiku Abubakar would passionately works for the poor masses. We are going to deliver. This is not a one man voice but voices of million masses working towards his success, coming 2023. The voice of man is voice of God and our people must respect the voice of God”, Babatunde explained.
