
The former Deputy Governor and PDP Chieftain in Oyo State, His Excellency Barrister Hazeem Gbolarumi has expressed grief over the death of Alhaji Yekini Ayoade Adeojo, Sheriki Musulumi of Youruba land, who died earlier yesterday, said his demise is a national loss.
In a condolence message, through his Spokesman, Olaniyi Stephen, immediately after his condolence visit to the deceased residence’s at Iyagokun area in Ibadan yesterday, he described the death of the late business man, party elder and community leader as a great loss not only to his immediate family but the national loss.



Gbolarumi’s words: “The deceased was a great pillar to the PDP, from its inception and it’s nurturing. He was a dedicated founding member and leader of the party in the State.”
“His death is however an unstoppable act of the Almighty Allah and none of us can query that divine act.”
“We are however consoled that he has left a myriad of undying, indelible legacies, that are worthy of emulation.”
He however said that, the Almighty Allah who has control over everything does not make mistakes in anything He does, so, “we have accepted his death as an act of God.”
Gbolarumi prayed the Almighty Allah to grant him eternal rest, as well as grant his family, people and Government of the State the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss of the political Icon.
