The All Progressive Congress (APC) governorship candidate in 2019, Chief Adebayo Adelabu has promised assured good security network, robust economy and high optimism for a better governance in Oyo State.
Adelabu on Tuesday gave this assurance during a courtesy visit with his entourage to the First Ido Local Government Chairman and Leader of the APC, Alhaji Bashiru Babalola in his residence at Ido local government. Alh. Babalola warmly welcomed the leaders of the party, members of the progressives, members of the community and teaming supporters who came with Adelabu.
Adelabu during the visit assured people in the local government of better governance noting that he isn’t the politician who would only visit leaders and his people only when it’s campaign period but rather a leader who understands the current situation of the state, the retrogressed security network, poor and unrealistic economic system/ measures, poor infrastructural development and failing educational system.
He assured a good governance system with utmost youths involvement without neglecting the elders advice saying experience is the best teacher.
Adelabu’s good sense of humor, spirit of peace, leadership foresight, administrative dexter, compassion was greatly felt from his speech and actions to all and sundry.
The foremost leader of the Ido Local government, Alhaji Bashiru Babalola welcomed and addressed the governorship hopeful and his entourage and applauds his good sense of humanity and service, for counting it worthy to visit the good people of Ido local government at this time.
He noted this is the time the people knows a politician whom is full ready to serve, a politician who is ready for the task and govern wisely. He also advised him not to relent but rather keep the good work going as the 2023 gubernatorial elections is destined to be in his favor by God’s grace and with the help of the larger numbers of people present in the gathering in the local government as they are so pleased to have him this time, which he’s also sure he has been up and doing in other local governments.
