Speaking during the commissioning ceremony, Akande-Sadipe, who chairs the House Committee on Humanitarian Affairs, emphasized her commitment to improving educational infrastructure and promoting rural development.
“I place a premium on education and community development,” she said. “These projects, which were initiated last year, are now complete, and I am pleased we are here today to hand them over for the benefit of our pupils and their communities. I urge all beneficiaries to safeguard these facilities with care.”
At the various transformer sites, the lawmaker encouraged residents to protect the installations from vandalism. She noted that the projects reflect the commitment of the Tinubu-led administration to enhancing Nigeria’s electricity infrastructure and power delivery.
“As a federal lawmaker, I remain committed to collaborating with relevant agencies to ensure sustainable infrastructural development and security across Oluyole Federal Constituency,” she added.
