Her beautiful daughter shared the sad news this evening on her official instagram page. She used the ‘broken heart’ smiley to announce the death of her kind mother.
Many of her fans and numerous followers has taken to the Instagram post to condole her on the passage of her mother to the world beyond.
The Ikorodu-born footballer is known for her confidence in the field.Her exceptional performance has earned her many awards and recognitions in Africa and the beyond.
The 26 years old footballer was the highest goal scorer at the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
May the souls of her mother rest in perfect peace and may God grant the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
