The Ondo State Commissioner for Health, Dr Wahab Adegbenro, has reportedly died of COVID-19 on Thursday.
It was gathered that members of staff at his Crown Hospital at Oja Oshodi, Akure, the state capital, were seen on Thursday crying with the neighbours lamenting the sudden death of the commissioner.
Recalled that Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu on Tuesday disclosed his own COVID-19 status via his Twitter handle but was silent on other members of his cabinet who were on admission at the Infectious Disease Hospital (IDH).
