Popular Ghanaian clergyman, Rev. Chtistian Kwabena Andrews also known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom has given Ghanaian President, Akuffo Addo a strong warning to open churches in the country within one week.
Kyiri Abosom who is also a presidential aspirant for the 2020 polls under the umbrella of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM) ticket, has said Addo can ignore his warning and face God’s wrath.
According to the controversial pastor, God has spoken to him that if the president does not open the churches this or next Sunday, there will be serious consequences for the leaders.
According to Kyiri Abosom,”it is surprising that government could leave hospitals and other public offices opened while the churches remain closed.”
He also expressed his disappointment that President Akuffo Addo, a well-known Christian, could preside over such “unchristian” circumstances.
Recall that, President Akuffo Addo on the advice of health experts, banned all public gatherings, including worship services, to control the spread of the corona virus.
