Ojo Arowosafe, popularly known as Fadeyi oloro is a name that goes far before bearer, not many people can identify him without costume,he is one of the major act that features prominently in Jimoh Aliu’s Arelu, yonponyorin and many other home video in the 90’s and that seem to shot him into limelight as a thespian.
Ojo Olorombo’s sojourn in the movie industry started in the 80’s when he was brought back home from Kastina by Oloye Jimoh Aliu, Baba Aworo and featured him in some of his movie from where he rose to fame.
Though he has a background related to traditional thing but he is not the character he plays in the movie in real life as the Igbaraodo Ekiti born thespian is what the fashionista described as Omo Jaiye jaye who worked hard and enjoy his life. At Meiran Lagos where he lived for decades, Fadeyi lives like a king, living in a decent apartment enjoying his life with nice cars and beautiful compliments around him, he doesn’t lack until his own time to experience a downward turn of life like every other men came.
He could not stand the storm, he was broke and sick, and nothing was heard about him until sometime around March 2019 when he was pronounced dead by socio-media health specialists spreading fake and unconfirmed news.
Many people including Dr. Joe Odumakin president Women Arise a non-governmental organization based in Lagos took up the matter and find the true situation of things, she discovered that Fadeyi was not dead as being rumoured by monger but hospitalized for treatment of tuberculosis and prostrate related issue.
She began an advocacy to raise fund for him and got attention of some people including Ekiti state Governor Dr Kayode Fayemi who send a delegation led by Wale Ojo Lanre Director General Council for Arts and culture to locate him and present cash donations to foot hid medical bills and buy drugs .
On Wednesday, Ojo Lanre and Odumakin visited Odan Itele, Ota Ogun state was relocated to after he left Hospital, the place was rented by his daughter Bidemi whom according to source was not comfortable with where he resides.
Getting to Odan itele by road was hellish, the muddy road was discouraging but for the determination to see him and deliver Governor Kayode Fayemi’s message and see how fare he is make the journey more compelling despite the bad road .
Wale Ojo Lanre while presenting the cash gift to Fadeyi said “our governor is passionate about the well being of every indigenes of the state and will not relent in his effort to make life bearable for them.

Narrating his ordeal, Fadeyi said ” seeing me now is a grace i received from God, i never know i will be alive now, because when they took me to hospital ,the doctor told me i had less than 24 hours to live, he never knew whom i was until started recuperating
“it all started in February when he realized something was moving round his body, and later became complicated, i was diagnosed of tuberculosis and prostrate related issue, and since then i have been receiving treatment and i am getting better, i thank God and everybody that came to my aid, I am particularly grateful to Dr Kayode Fayemi for this gesture, God will continue to bless him.”

Asked what he intend to do later, Arowosafe said ” i want to go back to my father’s job, back home my people have been calling me to come and continue the trado medicine job, i want to go and start production of Oloro herbal mixture, i know a bit about it and i want to go back into it, With N5million naira i will start.”
Dr.Odumakin in her remark lauds Dr Fayemi for his supporting Fadeyi and urges Nigerians to keep supporting him because he still needs some money for medications and hospital bill.
