A social media storm erupted on Sunday after a Facebook user, identified as Vibrant Nifemi Vibrant, published a lengthy post accusing Nigerian realtor, Saheed Ibile, of multiple criminal activities, fraud, and personal misconduct.
In the post, which has since gone viral, the writer claimed that Ibile, who is allegedly married to the ex-girlfriend of infamous internet fraudster Ramon Abbas, popularly known as Hushpuppi, has a long history of alleged fraud, deceit, and family controversies.
The writer alleged that Ibile was once sent to prison in 2016 through the intervention of the late Senator Buruji Kashamu and accused him of being involved in a ₦216 million scam, alongside several other criminal cases.
According to the post, Ibile’s “current wife is a picker for internet fraudsters,” with the writer threatening to expose what allegedly transpired between her, the singer, and Hushpuppi. The post also claimed that the musician’s mother once sold traditional products at Oyigbo Market and had multiple husbands, while his late father was described as a Fulani herdsman who once worked in Maroko, Lagos.
In a string of personal attacks, the writer accused Ibile of lying about his background, falsifying his age on his international passport, and using spiritual means to manipulate people and win land disputes.
“I will start from your mother’s children. How late Senator Kashamu sent you to prison in 2016. How your blood brother revealed your real age with your international passport, lying to people with many other atrocities you committed,” the post read in part.
The writer further warned that more evidence, including the realtor’s international passport, would soon be published online, while also vowing to expose his alleged dealings with lawyers, traditional rulers, and celebrities.
The post tagged major Nigerian institutions and media outlets, including the Nigeria Police Force, ICPC, EFCC, Punch Newspapers, and Arise News, calling on them to investigate the matter.
As of press time, Saheed Ibile has not publicly responded to the allegations, and attempts to reach his management were unsuccessful.
The claims, which remain unverified, have sparked widespread debate online, with many Nigerians urging law enforcement agencies to investigate the matter thoroughly while others cautioned against spreading unconfirmed social media accusations.
