Engr Nurudeen Oladotun Faozey, the Oyo Central Senatorial Candidate for the Accord Party in the 2023 Election has sympathised with the the families of those who lost their lives, the injured and those who lost their properties in the explosions that rocked Bodija Estate, Ibadan yesterday.
He also urged the government to conduct a thorough investigation to determine the cause of the explosions and hold those responsible accountable for their actions. He expressed his commitment to supporting the affected individuals and families in any way possible, stating that it is important for everyone to come together during times of crisis and provide the necessary assistance and support.
Engr Faozey also emphasized the need for improved safety measures in residential areas to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. He called on the government to prioritize the safety and well-being of its citizens, particularly when it comes to handling hazardous materials and preventing potential disasters.
Engr Faozey expressed his deepest condolences to the victims and their families, stating that their loss is a great tragedy that has affected the entire community.
