A prominent man of God, Pastor Isaiah Olaoluwatoyi Alade a.k.a Omo Woli, has called for adequate prayers as the antidote to the current security challenges facing the country.
The cleric stated this at the weekend ahead of the 2023 polls at the on going annual 21 days vigil which started on 1st of October and ends on Friday, 21st October with the theme: ‘My Time, My Season,’ held at Christ Apostolic Church, Ori-Oke Anu, (Mercy Once Again mountain), Ojoo, Ibadan.
Pastor Alade, who lauded the governments at all level for doing their best noted the need for every citizens of Nigeria to pray fervently and seek for God intervention as the only solution to the Country’s predicaments.
He said Christians have been praying for the country in all ramifications, adding that “we should not relent”.
The pastor who is popularly known as Omo Woli noted that with God, all things are possible, adding that there is nothing prayer cannot do.
He said the insecurity issue of Nigeria can be eradicated if all Nigerians can be unified in prayers to the Almighty God.
“I am using this medium to call on all citizens of the country to be one voice and tell God to urgently intervene in some challenges facing the nation, especially insecurity.
“Let us wake and assist the Nigerian government with our prayers, as it cannot do it alone. Only God’s intervention is needed now as the anti-dote,” Pastor Alade said.
Omo Woli urged Nigerians to change their attitude towards the country in order for all citizens to enjoy a nation of their dream.
Some members of the church during the service testified to the glory of the Almighty God for the wonderful things God has done for them.
