People have been commenting with bitterness over wheel barrow giving out to youths in Nsukka Local Government by Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuayi’s transition chairperson, Dr. Ejike Asadu on hire purchase.
While reacting to Twitter post by Enugu Metropolitan Network, the people condemned the gesture to the youth as bad omen to youths’ development.
