The Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde has commissioned a N150million worth of mansion in Abuja which belong to his closed associate, Mr Arowosaye Saheed Adeyemi.
Arowowaye, who hails from Oyo town and an Abuja-based Housing Estate industrialist has developed many residential estate within and outside Abuja.
Some of his estate include Tranquil Garden Estate, Tranquil Garden Homes, Tranquil Garden Courts and Tranquil Royal Courts, all in the Federal Capital Territory.
The duplex, situated at Bethel Estate at Logokoma area of Abuja, is said to be worth N150 million according to estate valuers.
This, according to Arowosaye, who was a Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, aspirant for Oyo federal constituency seat in the 2019 House of Representatives election.
At the event were Governor Makinde who was briefly at the venue before asking the the director general of the state liaison office, Hon. Olayemi Busari, to stand in for him.
Prince Akeem Adeyemi, who is representing Oyo federal constituency for the second time, was also at the event to share in the family’s joy.
