The popular standup comedian, Seyi Law has joined other eminent Nigerians to mourn the passing away of singer, Olarenwaju Fasasi popularly known as Sound Sultan who died on Saturday.
Sound Sultan who was diagnosed with Angioimmunoblastic T-Cell Lymphoma, a throat cancer died on Sunday at the age of 44.
The deceased had been undergoing chemotherapy in a hospital in the United States of America.
Which mourning the singer, Seyi Law revealed that he doesn’t drink alcohol neither does he smoke, wondering what what could have caused the cancer that claimed his life.
He wrote on his Facebook page below;
God, I don’t know what to write and words fail me. Some of the realest have left us and this one hurts really hard.
I don’t know one who has a bad experience with Sound Sultan and I don’t know how we can console his family.
God please rest his humble and amazing soul. I pray you comfort his family especially his wife and children.
Oh God! He doesn’t drink nor smoke. He loves sport, the biggest basketball fan I know. He is humble, kind, helpful and devoted. Please Almighty Allah, grant him Paradise for his good deeds and forgive his shortcomings.
No one questions you, God. It just hurts really bad. It’s painful.
