A social-political group based in Afijio/Oyo East/Oyo West/Atiba Federal Constituency of Oyo State, Barrister Oyedokun Joseph Oyelakin Movement, popularly known as BOJOM, has felicitate the entirety of the Federal Constituency and Nigerians at large on the occasion of this year's Democracy Day celebration .
In a release signed by its coordinator, Hon. David Arowolo, and a copy of which was made available to newsmen reads in part: “we wish to congratulate fellow constituents and Nigerians at large on the occasion of this year’s Democracy Day. It is apparent that Nigeria’s democracy is waxing stronger by the day as witnessed in the another successful transition from democratic government to another. Nigeria is better for it as the sacrifices of past heroes of democracy is yielding positive progress for the nation. On the home front, our constituency is also on the path of progress yet, we need to key in into the possibility of a better life for ourselves …”
The group enjoined Nigerians to provide needed support for those at the helms of affairs and to render support to those with true dedication and expertise in providing adequate representation in the nearest future for the Constituency.
Bojom, a household name in the Afijio/Oyo East/Oyo West/Atiba Federal Constituency, and with a commitment to having good governance in place for its people has been in the forefront of advocating for adequate representation and providing succour to the less privileged through out the nooks and crannies of the Constituency.
It is currently headed by Barrister Oyedokun Joseph Oyelakin as the President.
