The former media aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has reacted to the manner killer of Akwa Ibom jobseeker, Inuobong Umoren, Uduak Akpan was treated and not usually like a criminal.
Omokri in his Facebook page compared treatment meted at popular comedian, Mr. Macaroni who was on good course of protesting against brutality of police and Uduak.
Remember that the late Iniobong left home after she was invited by Uduak Akpan (suspected killer) for a job interview along the airport road, Uyo. Not only that, but it was later discovered that he lured the young lady, raped, murdered and buried her in a shallow grave.

I could not help comparing the treatment meted out to Mr Macaroni, with that dished out to Uduak Frank Akpan. Macaroni was thoroughly beaten by the Police for participating in a pro-people protest in support of #lekkiMassacre, while Uduak looks like he just stepped out of Transcorp Hilton after a weekend of being spoilt, after killing poor Iniobong. Something just does not add up. I would like the Nigerian Police to treat everybody the way they have obviously and lovingly treated Uduak. But I know the Nigerian Police. It is not possible for you to be in their custody and look as pampered as Uduak is looking. Uduak looks as if he has a personal stylist from GQ Magazine! Something is fishy. Is that why he kept saying ‘reverse psychology’!
