An unidentified man has done something unspeakable as he was seen in a viral video stripped himself n@ked to collect his wire cut by a female electricity official.
The man was heard saying, “I will rape you” and was seen undressing himself while he brought out his thing outside for the female electricity official to see.
The female NEPA Officials who was dragging the wire with him, quickly left the wire to him after seeing something strange in front of people catching glimpse of the moment.
