Some gunmen suspected to be members of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have captured two persons who they call saboteurs of IPOB struggle.
In a video captured by LiveTimesNG on Biafra International Home and Abroad Facebook page, which is presently trending online, they were seen taken to a bush to kill for allegedly sabotaging IPOB struggle in Imo state.
The two persons who are journalist and a policeman were apprehended by the IPOB men in the early hours of Wednesday. According to them, they were known for identifying IPOB members and spreading false information about IPOB to the public.
But while reacting on Facebook, some said the video is fake and a propaganda but reacting, a Facebook user, Timothy Adenugba quipped:
“Oh my brother, its not a fake video, the young police officer is my friend and a south easterner who has never carried a gun for one day, he was on his way to lagos from Uyo via Owerri umuahia road when he was abducted around Obowo area pls they should show mercy…..he is not a saboteur as he works in Lagos not even in the east ….pls
