Two people have been reportedly killed on Saturday at Sango area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital during clash between Eiye and Ake confraternity members.
The victims were gathered are ex-students of The Polytechnic Ibadan.
One of the victims said to be the son of late NURTW Chairman Alhaji Tawa, Ibrahim Adekola popularly known as Alhaji 007 while the other was Simoly identified as Isan.
Alhaji was killed in a reprisal attack by the opposing group at a joint around Oju Irin area, Elewure, Sango.
The development left residents of the communities around polytechnic Ibadan to be in palpable fear as there were threats of further attack.
Alhaji studied electrical electronic at the institution and was supposed to graduate in 2010 but he couldn’t due to carried overs.
The state police command’s PRO, Mr Gbenga Fadeyi who confirmed the incident said only one casualties was recorded and that they are yet to identified the identity of the victims adding that the dead victim has been deposited at morgue.
