The former Nigerian head of state, Rt. Gen. Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida has condemned the killing of peace #EndSARS protesters at Lekki toll gate in Lagos by suspected Nigerian military.
Speaking via his twitter page, Babangida maintained that government has hand in the killing a reason the crisis remained abated.
He said: “Once again, I will like to quote Late Gen. Sani Abacha: “Any Insurgency that lasts more than 24 hours, a government official has a hand in it.”
