The controversial Nigerian investigative journalist and daughter of Oyo State former governor, Kemi Olunloyo has revealed that the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari, is critically ill.
Kemi made this known via her Instagram account early hour of Monday that the Nigeria’s first lady, Aisha Buhari, was flown out of the country for treatment broke out.
The Senior Special Assistant to Aisha Buhari, Aliyu Abdullahi has however denied the report that his principal is critically sick.
While refuting the report, Abdullahi denied the claim that the first lady fell sick after paying a condolence visit to the wife of the former governor of Oyo, Florence Abiola Ajimobi.
It was however revealed that the first lady was suffering from some severe neck pains.
But this claim by the First Lady’s aide was not acceptable by Kemi Olunloyo who took to her Instagram page to reveal the health condition of Aisha Buhari.
She backed up her claim saying, the state of Aisha’s health was made known to her by a reliable source from the presidential house.
Kemi also debunked claims that Aisha was allegedly suffering from neck pain, noting that if that was the case, there was no reason for her to leave the country over minor neck pain.
Kemi wrote, “EXCLUSIVE: As an investigative Journalist, I AM VERY SAD TODAY about the state of Her Excellency Mrs @aishambuhari.
“She went to visit the Ajimobi family to pay condolences on the death of the late past Governor and rumours surfaced that she had developed #COVID19 like symptoms.
“Aliyu Abdullah, her Spokesman denied she was sick, even said he could not confirm or deny if she travelled outside the country.
“Aisha has been critically ill said my source in the presidency and she was flown out to Dubai during the Sallah weekend.
“#stayathome is the key to not contracting coronovirus. There are now SIX strains of the germ with some so deadly and cannot be prevented by masks.
“@nairamarley was fined and castigated for flouting interstate rules. The law applies to him when it comes to flying private jets thru states. Aisha, Emefiele all flown out of the country for different reasons.
“Her Excellency can treat neck pain at home. She is actually in critical condition says my source in the presidency. May God bless her and you. May #COVID19 not be your portion. Pls stay strong and pull thru Mrs Buhari whatever the diagnosis. This will never be announced.”
