The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC) Oyo State Command today at the State High Court 1 brought one Allen Adetoyese popularly called “Sunny Oyo” male, 41yrs before the court for raping one Toyin Raji, female, 15yrs at No 4, Banji Raji Street, Labamba, Oyo town.
Responding to the case, the State Commandant of NSCDC CC Iskilu Akinsanya made it known that on 31st of July 2020, the suspect Allen Adetoyese who is dating one Feranmi Adeleke went to their house to visit Feranmi Adeleke her girlfriend but did not meet her at home and instead to leave the house it was gathered that Allen Adetoyese brought out a condom and forcefully had sex with Toyin Raji and left the house.
Meanwhile, after informed her sister of what the suspect(Allen Adetoyese) did to her on 31st of July the case was taken to Oke Dara Baptist Church Sawmill Oyo, later first reported at JDPM office Oyo before taken to NSCDC Divisional office Oyo and it was transferred to the State Headquarters in Ibadan.
Due to COVID 19 Pandemic in the Country and the World at large he was asked to be remanded at NSCDC custody before appeared in Court today 21/1/2021 .However he was ordered by the judge to be remanded at the Correctional service in the State after confirmed his COVID 19 Status and the case later adjourned till February 8 ,2021.
