At the after wedding party of Nelson 14 years ago, one of his guests who was drunk pressed Amaka’s (Nelson’s wife) breast as she was dancing with him, she reported to Nelson who came after the guy and gave him a blow.
The guy fell down and hit his head on the marble floor and broke his head, before they got to the hospital he died. Nelson was arrested and charged for murder, he was sentenced to death by hanging and has been in prison awaiting his execution for the past 14 years.
While he was in prison the wife moved in with his junior brother 3 years after Nelson was jailed as instructed by the family instead of letting her leave the family.
Nelson was not happy but could do nothing about it since he was going to die. Amaka and Nelson’s brother have got 3 children since then and lives happily. though they still send some gifts and money to Nelson in prison, they never went to visit him Nelson because of fear and shame.
Two months ago the Governor of the state visited prisons in his state and Nelson was one of the persons granted amnesty by the Governor. Nelson is now home and back to his family, should he take his wife back from the brother (caretaker) or should he forget her and move on with his live?
