“As we celebrate, let us take care of our physical and mental health to ensure our psychological and social wellbeing. Positive handling of stress-related activities is important to boost our state of mental health. In addition, the increased rate of killing and kidnapping in the country calls for high security alertness from all the people especially the workers. Workers are enjoined to be the chief security officer of their environment and community. We should exhibit caution while at home, limit social engagements, maintain low profile, avoid unimportant journeys, and keep the contacts of relevant security agencies and family members.”
