Popular Nollywood actress, Adebimpe Oyebade, widely known as Mo Bimpe, has responded to a troll who mocked her over her inability to bear children nearly four years into her marriage.
The actress, on Sunday, shared a screenshot of the troll’s message via her Instagram page. The message cruelly accused her of being “barren” and “wombless,” while questioning why she was still celebrated despite not having a child.
The troll further taunted her to “tell the world what actually happened to [her] womb,” claiming she no longer had one and insisting that “the day [she] gives birth, the world will end.”
Reacting, Mo Bimpe slammed the troll, describing the individual as “a confused maggot” who alternated between hating and begging for help.
“A little break from promoting MY MIRACLE. See the nuisance stressing my fans,” she wrote. “The fool is in my DM switching from being a hater to a fan, even begging for help. A confused maggot o.”
She explained why she often ignores trolls, saying:
“Trolls are sad, frustrated, unloved, poor, and insecure; they have low self-esteem and crave attention so badly. I love to keep them so they can continue to choke on my happiness. Because over here, it’s joy only.”
Mo Bimpe also appealed to her fans not to dwell on the hateful comments, urging them instead to focus on her new project, My Miracle, which she announced was set for release later that day.
