Photos from their wedding ceremony recently surfaced online, showing Jimmy proudly displaying his wedding ring alongside his partner. The images have since sparked widespread reactions, with many expressing shock over his transformation.
One social media user, identified as Popo, claimed to have known Jimmy during their university days and was taken aback by the news. Sharing throwback photos, Popo recalled how Jimmy was a devoted Christian and led the campus fellowship.
“From pastor to mistress. I remember OOU days—this m**o and his cohorts no go let me sleep on Fridays. Everyday program. Pastor Jimmy of RCF, please what changed? I’m crying,” Popo wrote.
In response, Jimmy shared the post on his Instagram story with the caption: “When your only offense is being a gay man who loves Jesus.”
