This was happening in Akobo area of Ibadan, Oyo State Capital as youths discovered another COVID-19 palliative warehouse, where food stuffs to aid innocent dying citizens are hidden and massively looting it.

A message concerning this looting reads: “A house was burgled last night, 8pm at Ajara after Akobo ojurin, olorunda axis. They carted bags of rice about 2,500 bags. But the good thing is some of them have been arrested this morning by army from Odogbo barrack and recovered about 1,100 bags.
The hoodlums claimed they broke into the house after hearing that a govt official stock his house with bags of rice meant for palliatives for Oyo state. The information they got happened to be fake, the truth is that the man is a wholesale rice marketer. This is what fake news is doing to us in Nigeria”.
