It is normal human nature to want a comfortable life; however, your search for comfort might lead to your downfall. The initial stages of a marriage relationship might not be comfortable, but if you persevere, you can build something with your partner that will outlast you. Some people don’t want to face the difficult task of building; they would rather want to occupy an already built facility.
Faith Oyedepo has cautioned against such behaviour. She said that those who want already made lives will end up with ready made troubles. She then shared her experience on how she helped her husband build during the early days of his ministry.
The woman of God revealed that there were days when Bishop David Oyedepo and her had to eat beans and garri for dinner so they would not need breakfast the next day.
Although that was where they started from, that is not where they are today due to the support she gave her husband in the building process.
Today, Bishop David Oyedepo is the founder of Living Faith Church, one of the largest churches in Nigeria, and he always gives his wife some credit for the success of his ministry.
