Following the recent Military Beachcraft 350 aircraft crash in Kaduna on Friday, May 21, an eye witness has revealed his observations in a viral video before the plane crashed.
Speaking to the press in a video, he said: “as the helicopter began to rotate in the air, we saw two men drop from a parachute and people thought they were skydiving. Immediately, the plane crashed and blew up while the two men landed safely at the other side, but i do not know which were they headed afterwards”.
The two unidentified men are suspected to be pilots of the aircraft according to a post by Golca TV on YouTube.
The incident which occurred during the early hours of the day claimed the lives of the Chief Army Of Army Staff, Lt.Gen.Ibrahim Attahiru and 10 other officers.
Meanwhile, the body of the late COAS and 5 other officers involved in the crash has been laid to rest Yesterday, May 22, according to Muslim rites at the National Cemetery, Abuja.
