A Nollywood actress, Jennifer Ifunanya Ogbonna is presently cooling her feet in police station cell over alleged robbery.
It was gathered that the actress arrested in a hotel after she allegedly robbed a makeup artist, Blessing Yusuf, of her bag containing items worth N1.8m and escaped.
The Police operatives from Aswani Division led by the Divisional Police Officer, CSP Oyin Francess arrested her.
The incident happened at Ikotun roundabout after Jennifer, as she is popularly known in Nollywood, visited Blessing Yusuf, who wanted to travel the next day out of Nigeria.
Jennifer allegedly ran away with the lady’s bag on the road. After she had escaped with the items, she blocked every access to reach her and started disposing the items before she was tracked and arrested at a popular hotel by Volkswagen Bus Stop, Ojo Alaba area of Lagos, P.M Express reports.
