The Federal Commissioner at the Federal Character Commission, Abuja from Oyo State, Professor Adeniyi Olowofela has joined other eminent Nigerians to felicitate Oba Lekan Balogun on his installation as new Olubadan of Ibadanland.
In a statement personally signed by him on Friday, the former commissioner for education and Ido Council chairman prayed for a glorious reign of the new monarch.
