Investigation has been launched into the death of 26-year-old, Ugochukwu Nworie, whose dead body was discovered in a hotel room with some of her private parts missing.
Currently, the Nigerian police are undertaking an investigation to find the killers of the victim. According to a story in the Daily Post, more than 12 used condoms were found in the hotel room where the woman was gang-raped.
DSP Loveth Odah presented this information. DPO of the Kpirikpiri Police Division in the State revealed that the incident occurred while he was doing a routine check on the motel in Abakailiki.
A spare key was the only way to get into the room where the incident took place, according to DSP Odah. When they unlocked the door, they saw a dead woman, chained to a bed and stripped of her clothes.
Young ladies were advised to be cautious while the police pledged to unravel killers behind the death of the woman. There has been an outpouring of grief following the news of the young Nigerian woman who was killed.
