The Deputy Speaker of the Oyo State 8th Assembly, Hon. Musa Abdulwasi has blamed the immediate past Head of service in the state, Mrs. Hannah Olawunmi Ogunesan for the relegation and downfall of the All Progressive Congress both in the destabilizing of the members of the house of assembly and in their defeat in the 2019 general election.
Hon. Musa Abdulwasi who also represents saki west state constituency made this statement on friday while addressing the press men at the valedictory sittings that marks the end of the 8th assembly.
Hon. Abdulwasi noted that the 8th assembly would have been a wonderful legislative team if she didn’t caused disaffection among the members if the parliament.
“She used the opportunity of her closeness to the then Governor of Oyo state to cause some dissafection among us.
If we erase her role, the 8th assembly could have been a perfect house.
Even in spite of the role she played, we thank god that in term of lawmaking and resolution pass the house will still be rated high.”
He further explained that members and executive of the 8th assembly are set of people who are ready to attend to the progress and development of Oyo state and the masses.
He added that very soon the secret under the disruption will be revealed and the masses will realize the deficits from her actions.
