The former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Alhaji Hazeem Gbolarumi has congratulated the former Majority Leader in the House of Representatives from Ogbomoso North, South and Orire Federal Constituency, Hon. Mulikat Adeola Akande as she celebrates her 61st birthday today.

In his congratulatory message, Gbolarumi described the Nigerian politician and Senatorial candidate as a staunch member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the state and a political Amazon, forerunner of accomplished women in politics.

The Oyo PDP party chieftain, Gbolarumi made this made known in a press statement personally signed by him and made available to LiveTimesNG on Thursday.

He wrote: “I’m wishing the influential daughter of Ogbomoso a very lovely birthday this year, and all the happiness possible on your special day.

“Unarguably, you are such an important
person in the history of Oyo State and Nigerian politics because you have recorded many landmark achievements.

“I wish you more of this day in good health, wealth and longevity as you thoroughly enjoy your
celebrations, surrounded by all of your
wonderful friends, family and other loved ones”, the statement reads.
