Oyo State Government, through the State Head of Service, Mrs Ololade Agboola has advised Civil Servants in the State to key into digitalize world for them to be more productive in the system.
She stated this at a One-day Training Programme organised by the Chartered Institute of Personel Management (CIPM) in collaboration with the Office of the Head of Service held at Ibadan Business School Bodija, Ibadan.
She charged Civil Servants to make use of smart devices and other modern Technologies with a view to improve productivity in the public service and be professionally qualified in order to be competent and advance into the current realities.
The Head of Service who was represented by the Permanent Secretary Service Matters, Alhaji Fatai Oladeinde said the training programme is expected to open the minds of all participants the need to be more proactive in order to ensure that public goods and services are promptly and adequately handed-over to the members of the public.
The Chairman Institute of Personel Management (CIPM) Mr. Oluwasheun Olayanju commended the State Government for adequate training and re-training of its workforce.
