The Acting Rector of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, Mr Olaniyi Adekunle has announced the appointment of an acting Registrar for Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora.
Speaking during the Management meeting on Monday, July 6, 2020, the Acting Rector announced the appointment of Mr. Paul Kehinde Oyediran as the Acting Registrar of the institution.
According to the acting Rector, “it is my pleasure to inform the Management Committee and the College Community that we received a letter from the Honourable Commissioner for Education Science and Technology, Barrister Olasunkanmi Aremu Olaleye communicating the appointment of Mr. Paul Oyediran as the acting Registrar.”
The appointment of Mr. Paul Oyediran became necessary following the expiration of the tenure of Mr. Niyi Fehintola, the immediate Past Registrar.
Until his appointment, Mr. Paul Oyediran was the Deputy Registrar (Council Affairs).
The appointment takes effect from July 1, 2020.
Meanwhile, the acting Rector and other management committee members have congratulated the Acting Registrar, Mr. Paul Oyediran, while wishing him a successful stay in office.
In his reaction to the appointment, the Acting Registrar, Mr. Paul Oyediran thanked the Almighty God and the Oyo State Government for the opportunity.
Mr. Oyediran noted that Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH) is God’s project, which must not fail.
He therefore, pledged his support and total cooperation with other management team of the institution.
The acting Registrar called on other stakeholders, including Staff and Students to join hands with him and other management team in moving the institution forward.
