Justice has been duly served on her;

She has 90 days within which to appeal decision of FCT High Court to Court of Appeal;

Merely filing Notice of her Appeal will operate as automatic stay of execution of the death sentence;

She has lost her right of the presumption of innocence as jealously guarded by the Constitution;

She would not be entitle to bail as a matter of course, unless she can show exceptional circumstances, perhaps on grounds of ill health, which cannot be taken care of at prison;

By implication, the baby she had with her late husband will be rendered complete orphan; and
-
At any point in time she can be pardoned by the President, if he opts to invoke his power under the Constitution.
