Adebo Ogundoyin is a lawmaker from Ibarapa East state constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly under the umbrella of the People’s Democratic Party. He emerged the speaker of the 9th Assembly on the 10th of June 2019.
Although, Adebo is the son of business mogul, Chief Adeseun Ogundoyin, the late foremost philanthropist and industrialist and a native of Eruwa in Oyo State.
But LiveTimes reliably gathered that nonetheless, there are challenges he faced at his childhood years because he was 3 years when his dad died in 1991.
It was also gathered that his step mother, Chief (Mrs) Funmi Ogundoyin who is the first wife of the late business mogul took after him from three years of age after demise of Chief Ogundoyin and sponsored his education including her other stepchildren.
The Speaker attended Vale college and Babcock university where he studied Agriculture before he proceeded to London to further his studies. He reportedly run a record label until he was invited to run for 2018 Oyo House of Assembly re-run election which made him honourable member of the house.

During a political event in 1983, LiveTimes gathered that the new speaker’s mum, Justina Iyabo Ogundoyin was key member of National Party of Nigeria (NPN) in Ibadan. It was gathered that the late business mogul, Ogundoyin met Adebo’s mum during a party rally in Green Spring hotel in Ibadan.
This time, her mum who was described as a beautiful damsel was living in Seventh Day Adventist in Oke-Bola area of Ibadan with her parents and siblings.
They courted for a year before they did their traditional wedding in Ekwe village, Orlu Local Government in Imo State. Madam Justina who is a princess from Anyakudo royal family lineage is fourth wife to late Chief Ogundoyin.
Mrs. Justina Ogundoyin who was a oil merchant of petroleum products have three sons and a daughter for the late business mogul, Ogundoyin while Adebo is the second child of his mother.

LiveTimes gathered that his mother, Justina is a generous and cheerful giver just like late chief Ogundoyin who was a philanthropist. Our source revealed that the generous gestures of Adebo Ogundoyin made people of Eruwa in Ibarapa East Local Government nominated him to run for a re-run election into Oyo State House of Assembly in 2018 after demise of former speaker, Rt. Hon. Michael Adeyemi whose death brought about the rerun election.
LiveTimes also gathered that his brother, Wole Ogundoyin was a rival candidate to late speaker, Adeyemo in 2015 House of Assembly election but who suffered defeat because of his unpopularity and a reason the indigenes of Eruwa opted for Adebo Ogundoyin who again won in the 2019 House of Assembly election.
