A young South-African girl who is identified as Keitumetsi Itu Banda has been brutally raped and murdered in Eerterust, Hammanskrall in South Africa.
The 12 year old poor girl who is with raw potentials but her dream and life cut short by some evil doers was found dead near a dam.
According to report, poor Keitumetsi was raped to death and another shocking revelation was that her body was also mutilated by the rapists. Her body was not only mutilated, it was also reported that her throat was slit and her intestines were taken out of the body.
It was such a merciless and inhumane death and those responsible must be brought to book as soon as possible.
Captain Kay Makhubela, the Spokesperson of the Police Command confirmed the incident yesterday and he also revealed that they have apprehended a 29-year-old man as a suspect in connection with the murder.
The prime suspect was said to be the last person who was last seen with the girl. The Spokesperson added that the body of this poor girl was found next to a dam at Stinkwater.
The grandmother of the poor girl, Mrs. Johanna Banda reveals that her granddaughter had gone missing two days before her body was found. It was a gruesome discovery. She added that her oldest brother has not eaten anything since he heard the news of his sister’s demise. Her mother and other concerned people are also losing their minds over the demise of this poor girl. Only God knows what they must be passing through right now. Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved family. Only God can console them at the moment from the agonizing pain of losing their loved one.
Keitumetsi’s aunt says she was such an ambitious child who aspired to be the best and also change other people’s lives. She loved going to school and when I asked her, she always said ‘I want to be a pilot or a social worker so as to help the people around me’- Juliana discloses. Many people are hurt by the death of this young girl and how it happened still remains mystery to many people.
This should also serve as a lesson to everyone who has a young female child, a young female sister or any female relative. Rape has become very rampant these days which means that you must be very watchful of your female children. You must always be aware of their whereabouts so that you can trace them if necessary.
