The incumbent governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde on Sunday felicitated with the former governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose on his 60th birthday.
The greeting was surprising as the duo are in political dispute over superiority contest in South West People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
The dispute even got messier that Fayose was absent at the party’s meeting slated for Ibadan, Oyo State capital organised by the incumbent state governor.
Recall that the former governor today, November 15 clocked 60 years of age and eminent personalities have been celebrating him.
Makinde also joined them to celebrate him on his 60th birthday.
In his message, he wrote:
Happy birthday to the former Governor of Ekiti State, Peter Ayodele Fayose. Wishing you many happy returns on your 60th birthday. May God bless and keep you in good health and happiness as you celebrate this milestone.
