Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Ighoho has stated his readiness to confront killer herdsmen disturbing the peace of Yorubaland.
Ighoho during a brief interview with the BBC World Service on Monday, explained that if the elders and the king of Yoruba land are ready to sign a treaty, to help him and other Yoruba warriors to go against the herdsmen disturbing the security system, he is ready to go.
Chief Ighoho added that some elders are really benefitting from the security issue, a reason they are keeping silent on the security challenges.
Ighoho further noted that many people do not know the action he took during the battle of Modakeke and Ife and how much he stayed with Governor Rashidi during the time of the government that they did not cheat him.
He boosted that the Fulani herdsmen tormenting the land do not have much power compare to power residual with him noting that with support of the Yoruba people and the ancestors, the ‘Fulani people cannot wait for them’.
He also confirmed what some people are saying that he could give command a gun out of the air saying it is true and not a mouthful talk.
