This is Dr. Aborode killed by Fulani herdsmen in Igangan that caused Igboho’s anger (PHOTOS)

This is Dr. Fatai Aborode who was killed by Fulani herdsmen for complaining that herders destroyed his 400 acre cashew farm.

The late politician cum businessman reportedly travelled abroad earned large sum of money and came back to acquire over 400 acres of land from his father but he was killed after he complained of herders use of cows to destroyed his farm.

The right Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho during an interview with Fresh FM in Ibadan maintained that the people of Igangan and Ibarapa at large called him after the gruesome murder of Dr. Aborode.

In a video circulating online, Sunday Igboho was seen paying visit to Seriki Fulani in Igangan but during the meeting with the Fulani head, a Fulani man was seen shooting at Igboho which made him gave 7 days quit ultimatum to vacate the land.

7 days after fulfilling his threat to chase the Fulani men out of Ibarapa, Igboho was made famous and became the rave of the moment.

Dr. Fatai Aborode, who is a chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State was killed by unknown gunmen.

NAN reported that Aborode was allegedly killed in his farm along Apodun road, Igangan in Ibarapa North Local Government Area of the state in December.

In a text message sent to NAN, the Police Public Relation Officer (PPRO) SP Olugbenga Fadeyi confirmed that the PDP chieftain was the Chief Executive Officer of Kunfayakun Green Treasures Limited.

The PPRO confirmed that the deceased was robbed and shot by four unknown gunmen at about 5.50 p.m on the day he was killed.
