This video trending online shows the moment some Chinese men were flogging a black man with Iron and this was beginning of war against blacks in China.
This followed the reports of Chinese officials sending Nigerians and other Africans out of their homes, which has been reportedly settled by the Nigerian Government.
According to Odinceblog in the video below, the Chinese men is heard saying something in their Language, but the language could not be understood.
