Nollywood actress, Bisola Badmus, has publicly accused Fuji music legend, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (Kwam 1), of neglecting their son, Malik, despite her ongoing health and personal challenges.
Badmus made the revelation during an interview with actress and talk show host, Biola Adebayo, on Talk to B. She described the difficulties she has faced in co-parenting with the Fuji star, alleging that he has shown little concern for their child’s welfare.
In an emotional account, the actress disclosed that she has been battling a brain tumor for the past three years, a struggle compounded by the loss of her father, mother, and younger brother within a short period.
According to her, Kwam 1 initially offered support when he learned of her health condition but later withdrew communication.
“He didn’t know about my condition earlier because I didn’t tell him. When he knew, he tried his best for a while but stopped at some point,” she said.
Badmus explained that managing her health and personal responsibilities alone has become overwhelming, appealing to Kwam 1 to take responsibility for Malik.
“What I want from K1 is to be responsible for Malik, his son. I just want him to take care of his son,” she pleaded.
Her disclosure has sparked conversations on social media about parental responsibility and the struggles of single mothers in the entertainment industry.
