Police operatives in Osun state have reportedly arrested two suspected internet fraudsters for alleged murder of one of their friends who is also into the scaming business.
One of the suspects who was paraded yesterday disclosed that they killed their friend because of jealousy.
According to him, they took the decision to murder him so that they could take possession of the money he made.
The suspect confessed that they deceived the deceased into the Bush before carrying out the crime.
Hear him “He informed us about the large sum of money that he made through internet scam which made us to be jealous. We lured him into a secluded area and killed him in order to take possession of his money. We deceived him that we were going to show him a land. My other friend strangled the deceased on the neck and use cutlass to cut his head off. “
