Some Keke Napeps and motorcycle riders have been spotted in a viral video where a loaded lorry was seen carrying them to an unknown destination.

Recalled that the Lagos State Government has banned its operation in 6 locals governments and 9 local council in the state.
Therefore it is not farfetched that the tricycles popularly known as Keke Napep and Motorcycles left after the Lagos State Government banned the operations of okada and tricycle riders in six local governments and nine local council development areas of the state.
Also, the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr Gbenga Omotosho, said the proscription would take effect from February 1, a probable reason they left before the deadline.
