The Nollywood actress, Regina Daniel Nwoko and her mother are giving out foodstuffs and cash worth 10 millions of Naira.
This is as other well to do Nigerians are giving palliatives to vulnerable Nigerians to obey lockdown order across the country.
The actress who is married to a Nigerian billionaire Ned Nwoko contributed her own quota to alleviate people’s suffering during the lockdown occasioned by novel Coronavirus pandemic.
The actress and her mother, Rita Daniels are using Regina Daniel Foundation, an initiative to cater for girls to go round all community in Delta State to give out hand sanitizers, face masks, physical cash, food items, and other relief materials worth over 10 million naira to people that can’t afford food in the state and its environs.
Rita Daniel said the foundation is also giving out 5,000 naira cash to fans and followers on social media for them to benefit as well.
According to her, to benefit from the gesture, people need to go to Rita Daniel Instagram page, comment with their bank account number and write what they will use the N5,000 for.
“Then on Saturday, the winners will be selected which will be about 100 people and the money will be sent to their various bank accounts”, she said.
