Fans of the popular Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) show are more than excited as a new edition of the spin-off show, BBNaija Lockdown Reunion, is set to premiere in a few weeks time.
The official date for the premiering of the Big Brother Naija Season 5 Lockdown reunion show has been revealed.
The show is to be hosted by Ebuka Obi Uchendu, who will revisit some highlights and memorable moments from the 2020 season 5 edition won by Laycon.
Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate, Dorathy Bachor, in a post via her Instagram account on Friday evening, revealed the date of the reunion show.
She wrote:
“The Big Brother Naija “Lockdown” reunion is set to premier on the 17th of June 2021. Save the date and stay glued to your screen,”
Like previous editions, all the ex-participants of the season will meet Ebuka again under one roof, who would attempt to probe into their present lives while making connections with the past.
The reunion show, which is usually characterized with drama, gives the ex-housemates the opportunity to clear the air, express their feelings and settle their differences towards each other.
Trust Ebuka questions to exposed the ex-housemates current relationship status, career, projects, life achievements, cases of disloyalty and unresolved misunderstandings, among others.
A trailer of the soon-to-air show which has got many fans talking captured the moment Tolanibaj stood up and threw a pillow at another housemate while the show was being filmed.
