A yet to be identified guest at Golden Tulip Hotel was seen in a viral video throwing money on people through the window.
This has however stirred reactions as people are inquisitive of reason for the unknown man to be throwing money at people.
LiveTimesNG gathered that the incident occurred at Tulip hotel’s branch office in Monatan area of Ibadan, Oyo State.
